True Path Audio Ltd owns and operates this website, and any reference to “us”, “we” or “our” refers to True Path Audio Ltd.
General terms
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

We are an independent retailer, which means we have been able to carefully select a range of products to help us deliver an excellent customer experience and achieve a high level of satisfaction for all our customers.
Description of Goods
We take great care to accurately describe the products featured on our website, using both manufacturer information. However due to the nature of electronics and the latest technology, product prices and specifications can change without notice. True Path Audio cannot be held responsible for the accuracy and reliability of this information. If in doubt, please contact us or make enquiries in store.

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. The website is provided on an “as is “and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the website or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or trade usage.
We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.
Availability of Products
When placing an order, we shall endeavour to give you an accurate timescale for when your product will reach us from the manufacturer. We shall keep you updated in the event that this becomes delayed due to reasons outside of our control. Please be aware that due to the specialist nature of a large number of our products, delays in shipping from the manufacturer can occur. Should we be unable to supply your specified goods within a reasonable period of time, we will offer you an alternative product or a full refund. We will not be held liable for any costs or charges due to late delivery.
We will aim to contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving your order to give an accurate delivery date.
UK Delivery
We are only able to ship products to eligible UK postal addresses. This specifically means the address of the payment card used, and the card belonging to the customer.
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
For PayPal transactions, we shall only post orders to ‘verified’ addresses – please ensure you have done this prior to ordering.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
True Path Audio will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and True Path Audio shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Postage
Delivery of all items over £500 is free. You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
Force Majeure
True Path Audio shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Refunds, replacements & returns
If you have an issue with a product you have purchased from us, PLEASE communicate with us. We pride ourselves on delivering customer care and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights once a product is opened. In all other cases we have our own 14-day return guarantee.
By law a customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the item within seven days of the date of delivery of the item. We will refund you for the goods within 30 days of receiving your request for cancellation, although a refund will usually be given within a shorter period than this.
If a return is made within the 7 day cooling off period you will be responsible for paying for the return postage, unless the item was delivered to you in error. We recommend that you use a recorded service to return the item, for your protection. Once you have cancelled within 7 days, we expect you to take reasonable care in ensuring the products are returned safely to us.
If we do not receive the item back from you within 14 days of your request for a cancellation, with the packing slip, we may organise collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
Our returns procedure is valid for 14 days after receipt of your item, subject to the following conditions:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason between 7 and 14 days of receipt of them item then you can return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price provided:
1) The item is in its original condition as sent out. This means all packaging, including seals and shrink wrap must be intact. This also includes all original, undamaged accessories, which must be present. A receipt from true Path Audio must also be provided.
2) You accept that all items will be thoroughly checked and tested and you will only receive the refund on completion of these tests.
3) Please ensure that goods are sent by recorded delivery or courier. We will not accept liability for any goods lost in transit.
4) Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to True Path Audio Ltd, unless otherwise stated.
Opened goods will only be accepted if they are faulty.
Returns procedure
When you decide that you wish to return an item, email us at info@truepathaudio.co.uk, with the original order number, details of the item to return and return reason. Please also state if you would like a refund or a replacement (subject to availability). We will then send you a return reference number with details of where to send the item.
Package the item securely and return it to the address sent to you. Please include a copy of the returns email and the original invoice.
Items Exempt from Returns
Please note that items such as custom length cables which are made to order and other personalised orders are excluded. Some items, once opened, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, including (but not limited to) headphones and headphone accessories.
Faulty items
In the unlikely event that an item you have purchased from truepathaudio.co.uk is faulty you have a right to return the item within a reasonable amount of time. You may find it more convenient to contact the manufacturer of the item who may be able to solve the problem for you. If the item becomes faulty within 30 days of receipt, please contact our team at info@truepathaudio.co.uk. After 30 days please contact customer services who will work to rectify your problem. We do not cover faults caused by accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, or defective installation.
Note: we will test all items and if they are found not to be faulty, we reserve the right to return them to you and charge you the delivery cost.
This returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel by phoning us on 07979 647329.

Changes to these terms and conditions
We may make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then that provision will be severed and you agree that the remainder of the terms and provisions will continue in full force as though they had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
